We want you to love your jewellery. If an item isn't right, our returns and exchange process is simple and fair.

Return Window

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Custom or engraved items may be excluded — see conditions below.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, and receipts to qualify for a full refund.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Exchanges are processed subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request a return: Visit your orders page or contact support with your order number.
  2. Prepare the item: Pack the item securely in original packaging with tags and paperwork.
  3. Ship: Use the pre-paid label we provide (when available) or your chosen carrier. Save tracking information.
  4. Refund: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Timeline & Exceptions

Processing times may vary depending on the shipping method and inspection results. Items returned outside the policy window, returned damaged, or missing components may be partially refunded or denied.

Exceptions

  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Engraved or custom-made pieces are not eligible unless defective.
  • Items with signs of wear, damage, or missing certificates may be refused.

Can I return a gift?

Yes — returns for gifts are accepted with the order number and proof of purchase. We can issue a refund to the original payment method or provide store credit.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to an error on our part (defect, wrong item), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may apply.

How will refund appear on my statement?

Refunds will appear as a credit from your original payment processor and may show as a pending reversal for a few days depending on the bank.
