Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed. During peak seasons this may extend to 3 business days.

Choose the service that suits you: standard economy or expedited delivery. Rates depend on weight, dimensions and destination.
🌐 International
We ship to many countries. Import taxes, duties and customs clearance fees are charged once the package reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking & Delivery
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment. Most carriers provide real-time updates.
- Delivery attempts: Carriers typically attempt delivery once or twice before returning packages to the local facility.
- Address changes: Contact us immediately if you need to change the shipping address. We may be able to update it before dispatch.
- Signature: Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, report it to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can start an investigation with the carrier.
Please include your order number, photos of damaged items (if applicable), and any tracking information. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs fees, import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
